The latest version of Pokertracker has a note exporter built in. It doesn't label people "Tight/Aggressive", but this is just based on the Saw Flop % and PFR stats.

I use the built in exporter now, it is better all around than the program I made a few months ago. If you want mine, it's free, PM me and I'll email it to you.
