Default Visiting Toronto - where to play?

I will be in Toronto on August 22 and 23. I like to play small stakes limit, 4/8 or 6/12 would be nice.

What is my best option? What's closer, Casino Rama, or something by Niagara? Will the CNE still be running? Is it worth playing at the CNE if it is still running?

Any and all help appreciated.

Here are your options.

CNE - not sure about this - seems to be long waits and crappy dealers

Rama - about 90 mins north of the city - one of the more popular places

Great Blue Heron - about 45 minutes north east - fairly dodgy by most estimations

Brantford Charity Casino - 1 hour west of Toronto - I like this place a lot - though they play 2-5, not 2-4

Niagara

3 options

Niagara Fallsview - higher limits
Casino Niagara - lower limits, not particularly nice, since under construction
Seneca Niagara - the best of the three - over the river in Niagara Falls NY

Thanks, Hank Scorpio.

Looking at a map, it seems that Niagara is about the same distance as Rama. True?

Is there any significant delay at the border for going to or returning from Seneca?

I think I may decide based on what end of the city I'll be staying.

Roughly, but I think Niagara is a little closer, and is the better destination.

Not usually. 5-10 minutes max.

Go to Niagara. CNE is a grade A dump.

Great Blue Heron is both the closest and the most well run.

However, it also houses the toughest players in the province, which isn't saying a lot, but still is enough to consider Brantford.

Rama doesn't get a 20-40 going during the week.

Port Perry always has a 20-40 and some bigger games sporadically

Brantford is the most consistent 20-40 game in the area.
