Well I e-mailed them again today, and AGAIN they tell me "It will be posted within 48 hours" - Yeah, sure... Then they try and get me to do several other promotions in the same e-mail, as if they're doing a good job keeping up their end...

Basically, we didn't hand out money (rebates) unless they were asked for, and even then we'd drag our feet. You'd be surprised how many hundreds of thousands of dollars a company can save, or at least delay until next quarter, this way. Flip side is your customers hate you and leave as soon as someone else has a comparable product.
