first off - no offense to the OP, BUT if the difference between making a call and not making a call is how far you traveled, then no, he's not too serious about making the best play -

I can totally understand the rule in a rebuy game - but not because he traveled a distance to play it....know what I mean?

I believe it's an insta call - KQ would have played it exactly the same way as the other opponent - people slowplay big hands - AK is pretty good. - you can't fold trips with the nut kicker everytime someone comes over the top of you.

I'm very surprised that you guys are loving the insta-call. I made the call, with a bit of thought, but I was not loving it--I mean, what do I put everyone on? They can't both have kings!

Thats definitely strange, was there a flush draw anywhere in there on the turn? Maybe one of them fell in love with aces, guy who reraised you might have had a 10 in his hand and guessed you didn't have a king, or maybe one of them fell in love with a straight draw too much (JQ).

I'd call, and if you are behind to a full house, then you still got outs. This is a dream flop for you, and if you happened to lose it, well, [censored] happens. I couldn't lay this down, even with that much action in front of me.

if the poker gods were cruel enough to give you a flop like that and have the second best hand.. well that sucks but move on to the next tournament.

Espeecially in a online tournament, and on party.

Maybe (just maybe) in a live event w/ respectable competition, and really really deep stacks at the time.

At the early stages of a party tournament, I don't care what the buyin is... I've seen some nonsense... I just don't believe this is even an issue. I'm not worried about my trips with the best kicker, ESPECIALLY early in a tourney.
