Funny Hand 2-7 TD

Haven't played much since winning the 125k guaranteed NLHE tourney last Sunday on UB (I gotta pat mysef on the back every chance I get) but I had this odd TD hand earlier this afternoon:

I am in the SB.

Button raises, I reraise with 2348x, BB cold calls, Button calls.

I draw one, BB draws one, Button stands pat.

I make 23458. I check, BB checks, Button bets, I raise, BB cold calls, Button calls.

Now, I stand pat, BB draws 2, Button draws 2!?

I bet, both call.

I stand pat, BB stands pat, Button takes 1.

I bet both call . . .

Looks like the button had a pat 8-7 or 9 and broke since you were pat. I'd say the bb had a smooth draw and hit it, and the button may have hit something. I'd fold the river because there are two players and both are pat. One may not have it, but the other prolly will!

The entire hand played out like they were both drawing rough and made good enough hands that they felt like calling. Every decision they made seems backs up this assertion.

Based on that, I think you played it perfectly. You got the most bets in with the best hand. Maybe I've been playing a lot lately, but this hand doesn't even strike me as particularly odd.

I will say though, this is a good table to be at.

looks like the button might have been snowing and hit a miracle card to give him a one card draw
and he wisely drew when you stood pat

Yes, it was a shameless plug, but my wife is getting sick of listening to me brag.

10/20. I play this game a lot, and I didn't recognize any of the players in the hand.
