Blind Steal--too weak?

Pretty tight image so far. All fold to me on the button. I raise with QTo. SB calls. BB folds.

Flop: K95 rainbow. Check, bet, call.
Turn: T Check, check. Bad?
River: Q Bet, raise, 3-bet, call. He shows AK.
