Volunteer. Either find a favorite museum that complements your history background, or some other cause. These are a good way to meet altruistic chicks.

[/ QUOTE ] that's not a bad idea. anyone have any good volunteering experiences? i just looked at a list of volunteer oppurtunities in my area and none seemed particularly interesting. maybe prison visitor where you go to the prison and socialize with cons.

[/ QUOTE ] i'm in the reserves. starting next september we can sign a 1 year contract that involves 6-months workup training, and 6 months deployment. and i'm going to be doing some summer training in july/august so 14 months.
