Default 200 NL 6 max: Lead out with 88 on a T high flop... fold to push?

I think the fold is clear, but what about leading out?

Just got to this table.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 5 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Hero ($185.50)
BB ($191)
UTG ($64.02)
MP ($193)
Button ($379.05)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $1.
UTG raises to $5, MP calls $5, 1 fold, Hero (poster) calls $4, 1 fold.

Flop: ($17) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets $15, UTG pushes, MP folds, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $32

With no reads I think you fold to win another day. There are too many hands which can beat you, with or without improving. Wait for the donk to push when you have a stronger hand.

I think you have to lead here, if only because check calling is terrible and check folding is kind of weak considering you will often have the best hand here. Of course when you get called you have to proceed very carefully, but betting out should win a high enough percentage to make up for mistakes you may make later.

out of position versus 2 opponents in a raised pot on a coordinated board.... check fold.

Good play if the flop was 27Kr but a bad play on a flop like this. Tens call you, Flush draws call you, Straight draws call you. You're almost certain to go into the turn blind.

SO wait for a friendlier board or you're heads up.
