Christmas Diablos

This has become a new tradition for me over the last few years.

Take a jalapeno pepper, split, scrape out seeds. Stuff with shredded Monterey Jack Cheese, top with a piece of cooked shrimp. Then wrap it all in bacon. Grill or slow smoke

I was expecting to see a bunch of images like his avatar. the dish sounds good too though. although, i think a bunch of christmas diablo avatars would be cooler.
