Default Password protector

So apparently this is the place to come for all things geeky. I wondered if anyone has any experience with any software that allows you to store your passwords on your computer safely encrypted? I'm losing track of mine and I know my current 'post-it' method is not very secure

Password-safe if fine for 5 or 10 passwords, but if you have 30+ passwords, which is certanly possible with all the poker sites and forums and websites out there, you will find that Keypass has many more options for organizing and is visually more appealing IMO.

If you look at the screenshots of Keypass on the sourceforge site you will get an idea of what I mean.

Thanks - I definitely have more than 30 passwords, so I'll look into it!
