Default Pair on Flop, Striaght on River, Fold Anyway?

No real reads on opponents, sorry. Nothing to make anyone stand out at the table yet. How's my play leading up to the river? Who checks the river, who bets? What do you do when it's two back?

I don't like the flop donk. You are calling the river and cursing when they show a 6.

Yeah, the flop was very debatable. I really wasn't sure whether to bet or check-raise. I decided to just go ahead and bet out.

So, no one else? I think this river is really interesting.

Most of the time they just have a shitty Ace and get excited that they improved. I'd probably fold and throw something small at my wall when they chop. If it didn't complete the flush too, I'd probably call. Closing the action I'd also call.

So you like the river check? I wasn't sure whether that was the right play here, but I really couldn't see any value in betting out.

First thought was I'd probably bet it, but by the action here you'd end up getting a raise and 3-bet behind you most likely. I like checking and calling a bet.
