Completely O/T Customer Service Post

Hi guys,

I remember reading a thread about great Customer Services the other day so heres a post about some stunning CS I just received:

I recently bought my mother a Dirt Devil steam cleaner for her birthday present - but tried it out to make sure that it all worked and dirtied the cloth that fits onto one of the adapters. So I ring the spare parts customer services number (a premium number) and was in a queue for close to 30 minutes. When I finally got through the spare parts were ordered for me free of charge and I did not even have to ask.
