Garlic is awesome. Please try not to use the powdered kind. Powdered is usually soo weak, you can't taste it or need lots of it.
Cumin, cayenne, oregano go into great chili. I love cilantro in guacamole and salsa. Rosemary is good on lamb and potatoes. But I put black pepper on everything. And thus, my favorite spice. |

What;s the best way to use garlic? Buy the raw garlic and chop it with a knike, or using on of those presses?

Garlic presses are worthless, and too hard to clean.
Chop it up using a knife and make little slices, or just dice it. or smash it with the side of the knife. |
