Oh, man! I saw the topic, and spent 10 minutes trying to come up with my answer before I opened the thread.

Boy, do I feel stupid.

OK, on the off chance this thread actually lives up to its title, I'll nominate the following:

Andy Sipowicz emerging from the house, holding hands with Dominic Bucci's long-lost daughter. Gets to me every time. Getting to me now, thinking about it.

Runner up:

SIPOWICZ: Where was God when my boy was murdered?
PRIEST: He was there.
SIPOWICZ: Then He can kiss my ass.

hahaha, I LOOOOOVE that [censored]. I remember watching one once, and it was this chick who had been on once before, and they showed clips from the show she was on and she was like "I KNOW hes the daddy, im 100% sure, there is no one else it could be, Hes the daddy". Turns out he wasnt the daddy, which is why shes back, because we've got another round of tests to see who the real babies daddy is, and there are FOUR(!!!) guys who are there as possibilites. rofl!!!

And for the actual favorite moment in TV history, the answer is any moment that had laura petrie in it.
