Default Have we ever seen a great call of a bluff on TV?

We've seen big bluffs on TV...Chris Moneymaker vs. Sam Farha, Daniel Negreanu vs. Freddy Deeb, Paul Phillips vs. Phil Laak.

But can anyone remember any big, difficult, successful calls of a bluff on TV?

I cannot.

Every hand Vahedi was involved in at the 2003 Final Table? Lester and Farha seemed to have him looked up.

There'll be a good one this year with Phil Ivey calling an all-in with JT on a J high flop. Can't remember the hand.

I can't remember the exact hand, but in the tournament that Danny Nguyen won, Gus looks him up with something like J7 on a T94 board, and Danny had something like 86(?) That might not be it exactly, but I remember Danny pushed with a gutshot and no pair, and Gus called with a gutshot and no pair but had the lead.

I don't think calling w/ top pair qualifies.

i posted during the old wsop how i thought julian gardner snapped off a bluff with TT on a scary board. it was pretty solid, and at showdown he was pretty excited and happy with his play.

In the 2004 WSOP Julian Gardner with POcket 10's check-called all the way down against a bluff by Daniel Alieah (sp?). Was a great read....you could see Harry Potter looking into Daniels soul! LOL

Julian Gardner called a ~60K bet into a ~120K pot on the river with 1010. The board read KKQ52 no flush. His opponent, Daniel Alai, checked the flop, bet the turn and bet the river in position. Gardner called both bets and Daniel flipped over A7s. IMO this was a great call.

Durs

Edit - Apparently I'm not the only one who thought so.
