The lady at the end of the line. All you have to do is ask her to mix it before she wraps it. Shell then take a fork and move it all around until it is mixed. Then waraps it and you get a bite of everything every time.

You also forgot the cheese types. But I'll assume you have cheese at your disposal.

I offer you two choices depending on your mood.

Option 1: Jalapeno wrap with Chicken Salad and Bacon with two slices of American Cheese/Lettuce/Onion (any other veggies that you want hot) on the press.

Option 2: Marble Rye with Pepperoni/Salami and Ham, add onions lettuce, peppers, pickles tomatos oil and vinegar etc. Provolone or Mozz if they have it, no other cheese if those are not available.
