I just called, and the guy said it should be about 20 more minutes. I asked and he said that it should be okay after that for the night.

I was in a SnG but was not refunded money. Should I expect to get the money withouth calling them or do I have to call CS?

I realize that I am probably the only one who cares, but anyway... I contacted them and within two minutes received this:

Thank you for contacting Bodog Poker Customer Service. Please accept our apologies for the technical issues we experienced yesterday. We are currently in the process of calculating all tournament prize pools and all players will receive refunds or a portion of the prize pool.

We thank you for your patience while we complete this task. This is a unique situation for us; the issues yesterday affected only our network – our servers and software continued to run but players were not able to connect. As a result, the refund process is quite involved as we need to calculate all players’ tournament status at the
time they were disconnected. We are working as quickly as we can and
should have the process completed within 24 hours.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused and thank you for your patience. If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Assuming they actually resolve it, I am very impressed. I am also very impressed by all the fish at that site. If only the GUI would suck less. But I can't have it all, I guess...
