No, I wouldn't want this to check through.

You probably only get back half of this pot, but for him to 3/4 you it means that all 4 of his cards have to beat or tie you.

In fact, I would bet you're the one with the big edge here.

Hope it worked out.

Dave

Ok, getting quartered sucks, but my feeling is you HAVE to put pressure on in situations where you think you are better than 50% to be the one doing the quartering. I would think that here and raise. If I'm wrong so be it. But if I know what I am doing I am going to get the 3/4 more often when I raise than not, and I am going to get some fold equity too (at least in PL).

On the flop, you are only going for the low as you have nothing going for the high. It's really an easy fold. Don't play for half of the pot, A23x had you domniated... Your hand is weaker than you thought.

I know I am going to be flamed, go ahead.

[edited]: In fact, at the EPs, I won't even bother to enter with this hand.

Might want to fold the flop. Most of the time, somebody has a six and you are drawing to half the pot. The fact that two others are in and the bet was only 1/2 pot makes sticking around tempting, though.

On the river, pushing is the obvious choice.
