A couple of questions

Why is dell.co.uk so much more expensive than dell.com. I'm planning to purchase a dell monitor, but dont wish to pay the uk price. Anyone have any ideas about getting one. I've tryed ebay and had some problems with the guy i brought it off, so while im recovering the cash from him, i'd like to purchase one from somewhere else. Any ideas.

Also comments on how i can go about recovering the money from another ebay user would be grately recieved. With regards to how the money was transfered, it was paid in cash directly into his bank account. I still have a copy of the paying in slip, if that helps.
