Pacific Poker help

Quick question (I ask here, cos PP's response time is ridiculous): I cannot use the "cashier" button on the PP lobby screen. Anyone else have similar problems? I need to use this to check my bonus progress, etc.

I am running WinXP on a Dell PC. Nothing fancy.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
