Default Weird FirePay account suspension

So I logged into my firepay account for the first time in six months, looking around for a place where I can register a new bank account. I couldn't find it, but as I was clicking the various links all of a sudden it tells me my account is suspended due to suspicious activity and tells me I'm supposed to fax them a copy of my bank statement and drivers license.

Then I get this e-mail:

Dear XXXXX (me),

Our records indicate that you are attempting to open a new FirePay
account, but have already opened one in the past using the email address

As per our Terms and Conditions of Service
(http://www.firepay.com/terms/index.asp), you are only permitted to open
one FirePay account; please continue using your original account.

You may log into your account at www.firepay.com using the email
address XXXXX@YAHOO.COM [[[same as above]]] and your password. If you do not remember your
password, please click the ?forgot password? link on that page and
follow the instructions; a new password will be emailed to you immediately.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

Bizzare.. My firepay account is connected to an old, cancelled bank account, so I don't think I need to worry about getting ripped off, but should I bother faxing in those things? I think I might just use NeTeller from now on.
