something that could analyse your past hands in a "sklansky bucks" sort of way would be interesting. It would show at what point you were calling with/without the right odds--basically if you really are getting your money in with the best of it.

[/ QUOTE ]I can't really imagine this will be a useful tool. It sounds like it would only be used for results-oriented, whiny analysis. I'm not trying to be mean, but I don't need a tool that says "If you somehow knew Villian had KdJc, you should have raised on the flop but folded on the turn."

Some sort of competition for PartyMine. Just about anything would be better than the current product.

[/ QUOTE ]This is a very, very good idea. And I already paid for PartyMine.

I'd like to see a tool to aid people in posting Live/Small Site hands to the forums.

Something where you can input your hole cards, the board, and the action that ensued. Then have the program output this in a forum friendly format, and count the pot and # of players and name players by positions, etc, etc.

Thanks for the suggestions--great ideas.

If anyone thinks of additional ideas, feel free to tack them on.

definately, an alternative to partymine would be amazing and wildly popular!

i can't frickin beleive that you have to pay more for partymine that PAHUD! now that is ridiculous.

since starpsy is dead, a working datamine program for pokerstars would be nifty as well.

do both and you would be legend not to mention garner a large user base given party and pokerstars are the two biggest sites.

cheers,
sean

What do you guys want that you're tired of paying for?

This will be a webapp--keep that in mind.

[/ QUOTE ]I don't have a great hand-replayer. There's one that works only in IE. There's the one in PTracker, if you have the hand imported already. None of these are great.

The thing is, you're gonna spend SO much time parsing, if you want to do a really good one. It sure doesn't sound fun to ME.

A hand replayer would be great. A recent trend is to post .AVI movies of a short poker session on these forums to get feedback. Since the files get rather large and it isn't simple to accomplish, I think that a session replay tool would be groovy. It would work similar to pokergrader where you upload a group of hands. It then would give you a link to your session to replay. That way you could just post the link instead of having to create the movie file and host it and all the other headache that goes along with that.

What do you think?
