Udo did a really good solo album, have never really listened to Accept. Late 80's a and early 90's I had a lot of german power metal in my collection possibly more than US based stuff but I dont think a lot of it crossed the ocean. Still osme good bands around from that era though Rage being one, but german metal has been overtaken by Sweden these days.

I just can't get into what passes off as metal today. Old school is the best school.

Maiden "piece of mind" also cannot be scoffed at. I've seen scorpions about ten times, mostly cuz I used to be a stagehand and they always came to town. Zappa also is the bomb, BTW. al
