Default Bet the river after two smooth calls?

Villain here has only played a few hands at this point. Has not gone to showdown. I'd say weak/tight but hard to know without seeing some hole cards.

Table as a whole was tight except for one person who folded prior to my raise. I raise preflop here because I haven't played many hands and my table image(if it matters to these guys) is tight but I've not showdown a hand and only seen a couple flops up to this point. With the one loose player folding in front of me I figure I can make an easier stab at this pot so I raise with my marginal hand. I'd fold quickly to a preflop reraise here.

I check behind on the river with just top pair/ok kicker and an unknown opponent.

I don't see any reason to bet here.

fold preflop, id only call if they wre suited, and I had position on button.

Flop looks good, bet more on turn, at least 4 if not 5. Easy check behind on river. I remember my 25 days, they love the CR, so you need to check behind in spots like these.

I bet here...no reason to think you are behind, you gotta go for the value bet here I think. Played a similar hand last night against a donk that I had a value bet note on. He paid off the pot, 2/3 pot, 1/2 pot with top pair bad kicker to my top pair good kicker.
