Default Win rate at NL

Rule of thumb I keep hearing for limit is about 1 BB per hour? What's the rule of thumb for NL?

Party has a $100 max buyin with $1/2 blinds, UB is a $200 max buyin for $1/2 blinds. What would be decent win rates for these two games? How about at higher levels?

This has probably been covered many times, but I couldn't find it. Thanks for your help!

Unless your talking about 50/100 live, I don't think 1BB/hour is very good at all. Alot of limit players on 2+2 average 3-5BB/hour over extended periods of time at 3/6-15/30.

I beat 6 max games at 6.6BB/hour when I'm playing .25/.50, which I believe to be the weakest game on the net. Obviously if I can make 4BB/Hour at .50/1.00 that's a better game for me.
