Party Poker Software problem and awful support

Did any of you face similar problems when on the last table of multi table stud tournaments on party poker? See the log below and the unbelievable answer from Party Poker:

What happened:
7 card stud tournament (Game 3189864539)
I was dealt a tripple 10 at 5th street and was blocked from any action on 6th street. The system automatically checked for me. All action buttons were not visible and accessable on the screen. After my oponent was betting I could take action suddenly again.
In 7th street I was dealt a full hose. I could not bet, raise, anything. My hand was folded automatically. My connection was perfect as I could see all the action and also the log file says:
Your time bank will be activated in 5 secs. If you do not want it to be used, please act now.
Thyssa did not respond in time.
Thyssa folds.
If I get disconnected due to my connection the line should be: could not respond in time. (disconnected)
My application worked perfectly before and after. The loss of this hand costed me the participation at the final table of the tournament.

The response:
'What you may have faced is a problem related to your system where in the application (partypoker client) detected connectivity but you could not respond hence it folded you.
As mentioned in our previous email, please uninstall and reinstall the application on a different folder.
The games that you have taken part in did not face any technical issues from end.'

Summary:
PartyPoker does not acknowledge a mistake of their application, but advice me to reinstall it. There is no hint what would be wrong in my setup and explanation on how this can happen.
