Prima multi-tabling lag (PokerRewards)

I'm having a bit of trouble multitabling on PokerRewards using a Dell Inspiron 8100 laptop. 1 table is fine, 2 tables is difficult as the lag in getting the cards often times me out UTG, 3 tables are near impossible. Anyone have any suggestions or tips for increasing the table performance here? Running apps in the background (PAH, PT/O) doesn't seem to matter.
