A few multiway hands - Party 10/20

Hey guys, I've been playing mostly 6-max recently so these large multiway pots (at least in the first hand) don't come up as often. These hands are somewhat similar, just wondering if my thinking here is right.

Button in this hand is somewhat aggro, he doesn't need a better hand to raise my flop bet. I just called the flop and led the turn, hoping he'd raise me w/a worse Q or pocket pair to help me protect, since I can't protect on the flop. So the flop/turn combo is the decision point...just 3-bet this flop? Anyone think I'm behind on the flop?

Same concept in this hand...I'm thinking I should just raise the flop, and not wait for the turn b/c of all the possible scarecards, like the card that came off in this hand. Also, my hand is not strong enough to wait for the turn. SB here is aggro enough.
