Default Bad run. PT stats. Telling?

So I'm on a very bad run for quite a while now. I didn't know stuff like that was possible but I'm surely educated about it now. Basically several months beforehand I cruised peacefully at stakes from 50 - 600 NL (properly bankrolled) and in the last 3 weeks lost 95% of it.

I don't find that I'm doing anything differently, and it's frustrating to no end. This run is over 30K hands long now. Either it's incredibly incredibly bad luck, or I've become affected by this bad run and play worse now. Because if it were possible to lose 95% of your bankroll in 3 weeks on a bad streak, I don't think there would be any professional poker players.

Here are some of my stats ... Is there anything that's out of place here? I got PT after the bad run began, and don't have any hand histories from the good times, so nothing to compare it to.

Any general advice and comments would be appreciated.

I assume full ring. Your stats look ok to me. I'd suggest that losing 10 buyins over 8k hands would suggest there were leaks in your game, althought its not impossible you're just running bad. I had a similar run and had to completely break down and rebuild my preflop strategy to get out of it.

Hope it turns round for you.

look at individual hands where you got stacked

your vpip/pfr look fine but your amount won/lost can be severely changed over such a relatively small sample size by a few hands .... i know mine has, especially if you get stacked two or three times while you're deep

What's the best way to find all the hands where I got stacked using pokertracker?

Your showdown % is pretty ugly. You should look at a number of pots where you made calls on the river, or where you made stabs at the pot. If you're not making bad calls, then you may be making a number of transparent bluffs.

That's about all I can gather from these.

the significant figure for me is went2sd%

won@sd% indicates that people are waiting for big flops against you, then waiting to see if you bet the turn

nobody with a marginal hand is paying you off

lose some respect and check the 1p hands more, esp on turn

What WtSD #s do you expect?

What you're saying sounds reasonable
That's what people seem to play like against tight ones. I tried to play LAG generally but not after the first half of this run

Pick a game and stick with it. If you are winning at the $6NL, you shouldn't be spending time at the $0.50NL. I can see playing at one level and taking shots at another, but spreading your play from 0.50 to $6 is pretty extreme.

you were underrolled for the 400 and 600nl games and may have just run bad at 200nl
