She may have slow played preflop but 89 flopped a straight so he wasn't going anywhere.

Not sure how the 8-9 got to the flop.. Probably a loose call, But I would say that they probably both got all in on the flop.

98s is not an unreasonable call at all with position facing a 3xBB open raise when you have a deep stack. Massive implied odds if you hit a flop like the one he managed to hit.

Or she opened with QQ to 150 and got by called89, nothing strange there with deep stacks. And I don't think 89 is going anywhere when it flops a straight.

It's early with deep stacks, its not like Jen is looking to get all-in with QQ. Calling with 89s is a fairly standard play if he has position.

As for them getting all-in on the flop, I'm pretty much willing to give you any odds you want that the money went in on the turn.
