I never understood this. There are always huge waitlists for these tables. Why doesn't Party offer as many as necessary in real time?? Am I missing something?

I agree. Surely they have some reason for limiting the tables but it doesn't make sense to me. If you 30/60 players want some donations from me, you need to blast PP with emails to add more tables. No way I'm waiting in a 40 man list just to get my ass handed to me.

I think I was wrong before. It now looks like there isn't a limit on the # of tables.

Before there were only 6 tables.

For a long time there were only 2 tables. The rationale (I suppose) was that they don't make any more in rake than 15-30, and their clients busted out faster. They also used to have no higher than $200NL, for the same reason.
