Default using pt to plug leaks

very general question. i have 60k hands saved up now, and my bb/100 is not up to where id like it. how can i use pt to blug my leaks? what exactly should i be looking for, beside pf%, vpip, and showdown %? any and all suggestions appreciated. thanks.

also, what is considered a good pt winrate? i heard someone say 5...if thats the case i got a ways to go...



also, if im playing 2/4, and my winrate is hypothetically 2.00, does that mean im winning $8/100 hands?

3bb/100 is said to be ideal (the maximum that can be sustained.

3BB/100 is good, but it is definitely not the maximum in many small stakes games.

Edit: And even many middle limit games.

It's almost impossible to maintain over a 3/100 in all but the softest games

thanks....on the mid high stakes they were saying 5bb/100, but you know how those guys are....this makes me feel a little better.

This is not true. It's just that the players who can do it have long since moved up.
