Default Playing against LAGs

I know this question is vague but what is the best strategy to combat LAGs. In a full ring these guys stand no chance but it causes many problems at 6max. Today I was playing against a LAG w. 62/35/4 stats who would raise, reraise w. any pair or draw and also many stone cold bluffs on multiple streets. Is it best to throw away mariganal holdings or call down w. middle pair A high etc.

Generally:

When you have [censored] fold.
When you aren't sure you have them beat, call down.
When you have something good, peddle to the metal.
