Default If you knew you\'d vomit, what would you eat?
Here is the situation. My whole family has contracted a raging puking flu bug. I have been taking care of all of them. Based on that, and the slightly sore throat I have (preliminary symptom) its about 80% likely that I will be wretching up food in 12-15 hours.

What should I eat for lunch/dinner? What foods taste best going the other way?

Soup and milkshakes are your friends. They come up easy and chunkless.

Jello, pudding, milk...basically anything that isn't acidic and won't come up in sharp chunks.

milk/dairy= v bad

i'd stick w/ toast, water, and light, chicken broth based, soup.

Keep plenty of gatorade on hand for rehydration or pedialite, whatever u prefer.
