Default New house!

Guess this qualifies as a brag post. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Mrs. Nolanfan and I closed on our first house last night. Pretty excited to join the ranks of the homeowners. [brag] Place is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath two-story, 2200+ sq. ft. total.

It's sort of poker related, since I can thank poker for providing some extra income when Mrs. Nolanfan was in school, which allowed her to stay in school and not work, which allowed her to graduate and get a great job so we could afford this house.

And I'd like to thank the poker gods for putting off any big downswings for me during that time. That was 6 months ago that she graduated though, so anytime you want to stop with the downswings, poker gods, that would be great. M'kay thanks.

Thanks to everyone as well who I've learned from on these boards. To the Seattle area posters especially, we'll get a home game going here sometime. Finally have a place to hold a good one!

Here's me and the mrs. in front of the place.

[/brag]

Beautiful place dude, congrats. Hope you and the wife enjoy many happy years there. Owning your own home is the best. Hell of an investment too.

Congratulations. My question is, is that a Yucca plant in the yard?

Man, that is [censored] awesome. As a depressed college student this is uplifting for some reason.
