Hmmmm.....Vegas will always be here and it's very easy and not expensive to get to. Europe is amazing. Experiencing different cultures and languages is incredibly exciting and fun, not to mention, fulfilling.

And now that I think about it....at your age...I'd much rather go to Europe by myself - backpacking/Eurorailing it all over the place.

And you WILL get laid. Trust me.

Europe. You'll be happy you did later on. Plus you can gamble, drink and feel fake boobs in Europe.
