Default good spot to steal from limpers, or just asking for it... stars 10+1

I felt like this was a good spot... good/no good?

I like it. Only the button can bust you and it's very unlikely he calls this.

Yes, I think its very unlikely you get called here, so pushing is a +EV play.

The question is, is checking and hoping to catch a set a higher +EV play?

I think its fairly close, and i'd decide based on recent table image. If you've been playing very tight, I think a push is fine. If you've been playing more loosely and aggressively, you'll get called more often (generally by hands that dominate you or coinflips) so I'd check and see a flop.

(sure its a 10+1, but there is probably somebody at the table paying attention, and if he has 88, you need to make a smart decision)
