Errors on partypoker

On partypoker today I signed up for a tournament that said the blinds increased every 3 minutes, however, once the tournament started it was a normal, 15 minute lvl blind structure.

I was upset as I didn't have time to play a whole tournament and just wanted to play a speed tournament.

I wrote them and told them about the error, but I wish I could withdraw and get my money back

Since I've emailed them they have fixed the problem, they suck most of the time but at least they took care of this, even if it was a little late.
