the strangest thing happened to me at absolute... I was playing in a hand and the raise button completely disappeared. the check, call, bet, and fold buttons were present, but the raise button disappeared. Because of this I couldn't raise...

It's kind of frustrating having to call down with quads.

Look at the hand history... it's kind of entertaining... I bet the guy was shocked when I called his river raise and turned over quads.

has anyone had this happen to them before? what the heck was going on?

prolly true. I had the same thing happen to me in a B+M game many years ago. The dealer had to explain to the young lady why her quads were no good.
