so is the general concensus here to value bet this river against an unknown calling station?

You got a great flop and yeah the turn and river weren't the best but I've seen a lot worse. Easy value bet.

No reads, I'm value betting this river. I think that is an easy decision. The reason I say this is because I am prepared to call a raise if villain turns out to be tricky.

Now if your read was that villain is a typical calling station then I would value bet and fold if raised because it takes a monster for a calling station to show aggression.

Against a tricky LAG or someone who has check-raised the river before, then checking behind isn't horrible.

Against an unknown, I'm betting this river.
