Default Open push with KK

I've been at the table for about two hours and villian has been on a great rush. He's totally the table captian and really wants to "outplay" me post-flop. What do you guys think? Does he call with AQ/AJ/JT/small PP enough for this to be profitable?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (8 handed) converter

CO ($19.40)
Hero ($36.25)
SB ($26.55)
BB ($6.35)
UTG ($36.20)
UTG+1 ($47.55)
MP1 ($10.35)
MP2 ($7.80)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.25, 4 folds, Hero raises to $0.75, 2 folds, UTG calls $0.50.

Flop: ($1.85) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $1.5, UTG raises to $3.25, Hero raises to $35.5...

If he has half a brain he isnt calling with anything you beat except AQ

That said, half the responses will be "this is SSNL, these guys suck and will call with anything"

I still think this is spewing money long term

1: Raise more pre-flop, I like $1.50

2: This is so read dependent that there is absolutely no possible way to know whether or not he will call with a worse hand. Personally, I hate this line. Call the check/raise then tread lightly unless a K or 6 comes off.

But, what do I do if he starts typing "WE ARE PENN STATE" over and over again into the chat? Do I throw my computer out the window?

I don't like the push, though if you think he is putting you on a missed AK, then he will call with any Q or J. Totally read dependent.

Sometimes I will 3-bet that flop, others I will call planning to raise his turn bet.

Seriously though, I think you are right. I think his obviously going to call with QJ/JJ/QQ/AQ. It's really all about him calling with AK, JT, TT-77. Given the PF action, I think that's a reasonable hand range. If I had like 1,000,000 hands datamined from the 25NL I might be able to figure it out for sure. Sadly, anyone who can datamine 1,000,000 hands has stopped opening the 25NL tables.

Fair enough. It just seemed like there were a lot of scare cards that could push me off my hand and also shut down my action. I do like calling and then pushing to his turn bet.
