Default Please decrypt this Pacific Poker cashout email for me

[ QUOTE ]

Having reviewed your Game History I can see that since the bonus
in question was issued, you have wagered $497. Therefore in
order to cashout the bonus you still need to wager (bet) a further
$1503.
Since your game history shows that you requested a cashout without
wagering the bonus funds according to our policy, the cashout from your
account will be returned back to the bankroll after the regular awaiting
cashout period. Alternatively you may log into your account and cancel
this cashout to wager the required remaining amount."

Your cashout will be returned to your bankroll within the next 48 hours
at which time you will be able to wager the remainder of your bonus.
When you have done that, you will be able to request again any cashout
you are entitled to.

Am I the only one that can't understand this?

Are they saying that my entire pacific bankroll is on hold until I clear their bonus?

Are they saying only a portion (the bonus dollars, which i dont even remember what type of bonus I had...but they are saying i didn't unlock the bonus yet...?) will be withheld from the cashout?

Pretty much I want to say eff Pacific Poker because I cannot make one orbit without disconnecting at least once.

Thanks for all replies.

KoW

Edit: No cash has hit my neteller yet, and it's been 5 days or so. Also, I have the software installed on my home comp, and I'm out of town and I cannot remember the random letter/number combo password to check my Pacific cashier.

Pacific is also linked to a sports book. This looks like something that should have gone to someone from their sportsbook.

my bad, i meant casino. And the wording seems similar to wording used to clear a bonus from a casino, not a sportsbook.
