Death of the pixel

One of the pixels on my DELL 2001FP is DEAD! How often will this happen? Or was it just a freak coincidence.. Only 1919999 pixels left now.

dead pixels occur every now and then.. (if you have bad luck :P)
It's probably nothing that you did.
