I worked May 15 to Aug 3 with only 3 days off. That's approximately 75-80 days with only 3 days off, or about the same rate you were going. I was playing poker =)

RE: playing poker to get more days off....it's not like I'm putting in 6-8 hours a day, some days it was probably only 1 hour or so. I'm probably still averaging way less than a normal work-week for most people.

I worked 45 days straight once, but I was a stage hand that worked for 4 hours a night, so it really does not count.

I was sure "fay off" was British for masturbation. Meh.

Man, you guys are brutal. (with the typo)
I'm a supervisor in the maintenance dept for a local company here. Actually I'm the night supervisor but the #1 guy is on vacation. He just got back yesterday but I got called in because he had "car trouble" on his way back from Alabama.

A solid month in fishing in bristol bay in Alaska. I was up there for about 7 weeks but a bit over 4 of it was constant fishing. Some stretches in particular were complete hell; Hard physical labor for 10 hours, 4 hours of sleep, 15 hours of wrok, 6 hours of sleep 16 hours of work...
