Crazed Bum In My Apartment Building

I just went down to my apartment lobby to get Saturday's mail and a bum was rolling on the ground in the outer lobby. He looked to be some combination of high, mentally disturbed, and in agony. The door from the outer lobby to the main lobby is locked, so he's stuck out there unless someone has the good sense to let him in.

He's too frisky for me to want to communicate directly with him. So what's my move here? Call the police? Let him keep rolling around until someone from my building tries to come in through the front door? Or something else?

My friend who works the door at this abr where a bunch of bums panhandle got 3 aweomse camera phone pics, of 2 bums, one with a shopping cart filled with crap, and a chair on top of all this crap, the other bum is sitting in the chair, like 8 feet high off the ground, then the cart tips over. They are hilarious pics.

6AM Christmas morning. I worked all night in the recording studio on 47th street (times square area), and I walk out of the elevator into the lobby of my office building. Guess what I saw?











a 6'6" muscular man dressed in drag who looked like he was homeless, with what seemed like a foot long mega-dildo with a suction cup on the end. The suction cup was attached to the wall. And yes, he was riding the dildo doggy style while sniffing poppers.

I'll never forget that magic morning...
It was the most memorable x-mas morning ever.
