Turning graphics back on

I turned all the graphics on a few days ago when 2 + 2 was lagging so bad (right click on the picture and then blokc images from . . .). I would like them back though. Now I don't get to see the smileys and the card symbols anymore.

My Home > Display Preferences, etc.

I looked there and couldn't find anything. I actually fixed the problem by putting my mouse over where the graphic should be and right clicking.
