Re: TPGK versus checkraise allin level 1 (15 turbo)
I fold this like 100% of the time.
I mean the only hand you are ahead of is a semi-bluff with a flushdraw and I don't like taking that race this early. EDIT: I also bet 2/3 to the pot on the flop. Also SOMETIMES you will see AJos but not nearly enough to even close to justify making this call. |

That said, I would not slow-play a made hand on that board too often, so I am suspicious of his check. But, it's too early to risk your tournament, and this early it's highly impropable you have a good read. |

Re: TPGK versus checkraise allin level 1 (15 turbo)
I think the variety of straight/flush draws that are this board could hold would cause me to be so wary.
People would play such a hand in the exact same way and I have no desire to take that race. |

Re: TPGK versus checkraise allin level 1 (15 turbo)
Its a very easy fold....
but one side note on the hand... If this is PS... some of the turbo players feel 'rushed' and WOULD push in w/ANY TP kicker...just figurin' top pair is cause for poopin' yourself and the blinds are gonne be turboed - I need chips! But unless I have cause to think that this guy is one of those guys - I fold. |

Yup, if you called this everytime, I think it would be slightly -EV, not as bad as we imagine, and that you'd be truly surprised at what sort of hands you see.
Turbos make people really trigger happy for some reason. And the less than half pot bet invites a big "re-steal." I wouldn't be surprised if the BB had air here 5-10% of the time |

Funny, my instinct would be to call this at a $15 turbo tournament. |

Re: TPGK versus checkraise allin level 1 (15 turbo)
It is close.
But a significant portion of the "good" players in these games play sets and two pair this way, which I believe skews it into fold territory. |
