Instead of emailing, I called them. I was given 300 even though I was told 400, and after 10 minutes of explaining they instantly put 100 back into my account.

I would encourage others to take the 15 minutes to call and speak to them, worked for me.

will do.

since i've already e-mailed i'll wait a couple days to see if that accomplishes anything first though.

glad it worked out for you and that there is apparently hope for the rest of us who got a little screwed.

As I mentioned in my e-mail to them though...this is the 2nd mth in a row I've had to waste my time re-explaining to them how much they said they were going to give me...add to that the annoyance factor of not even knowing if I'm going to get the money due and these situations get tireseome pretty darned fast.

I appreciate their efforts to try to get rewards for their high-volume players...but the hassle one has to go through is awful. And I hate feeling like I'm the one begging them to get the full amount of money I should be getting.

Anyway..end of rant...still holding out hope that the VIP-club gets their freaking act together.

I got paid yesterday, but they ripped me off too. They promised $100 for every 70 $215s. I played 710, but they only paid $500 short changing me a little over $500.

over 24 hours since I sent my e-mail and no response from them.

While this isn't unexpected from Party because they are typically slow to respond I do believe it is indicative of the kind of service we are receiving even though the responses are supposed to come faster for VIP-customers.
I am coming to them with a legitimate complaint that they are not paying me the amount I am due....and they are being quite lax in getting around to address my legitimate concerns.

I know that baronzeus had success when he reached them by phone....but my e-mail has already been sent and I don't think that it's that unreasonable for them to be able to respond to it in a timely manner.

I too got a short payment (missed my target)

I sent an email today asking to close my account and detailing all the broken promises from the VIP department. I emptied my account and asked to have it closed (cc: vip) I quickly got a reply from VIP asking me to wait until the 9th and they would pay me everything I was promised.

I replied with further details on how I feel we're being mistreated and promised I'd wait to see what offer and payments I have by the 9th before I make a final decision.

1.email them. told me to wait 48 hrs for them to review account.
2. email them back in 48hr. told me to wait another 48, but with a promise it will be done.
3. another 48hrs, still they having review my account yet.
MFing support with their promise it will be reviewed.

I am interested to see how they handle things. Meanwhile, I know they like to make these offers over the phone but next time they call, you might consider to ask them to send you an email containing the agreement you just made with them over the phone. This might also help you WHEN (not if) they do this to you next month for proof a specific agreement was made.
