Why is everything not happening to all party skins?

It seeems skins like intertops and eurobet aren't having any problems, any reason why? Maybe they just have less players and party is dealing with the bigger skins first like Empire and PokerNOW?

I'm pretty sure this is more Empire wanting to pinch every last penny they can, and less Party pressuring Empire.

But I would expect Eurobet to be the last skin to be pressured by Party in the future as they have a bit more autonomy due to not being under IGM so much.
