can I sweat your SSNL session?

The afternoon draws to a close and the evening poker players log into their favourite casinos to lose buckets of cash. I'd really like to sweat (watch someone play) a small stakes NL game to get a feel for how a good 2+2er plays the game.

I have paradise, stars, and absolute installed. I'm not ready to download a new client, however, so I'd prefer to sweat a game at any of these sites.

Any takers?
